Company President & Founder

Engineer Farouk Mukhallalati who graduated from the UK holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering has served as Mass Consult’s president and founder since 1991. Mr. Mukhalalati has worked in the civil engineering construction field in the UAE since 1980, having of local experience with the best engineering practices.
